Yes,i think i know the answer . Ok fifa maybe not been supported from XP so you must have a boot program and install windows 95/98/2000/ME, then when you want to run fifa run your boot program and then run any version of windows you like exept XP,NT,and all that they dont supported from fifa .When you exit fifa run the boot program and find XP. There is a second way to try fifafx or search for new fifa drives or XP drives. Sorry for ny english i am 11 from greece

I think anyone attempting to run FIFA 2001 under Windows 2000 or Windows XP is going to have varying success. I've run it successfully under both, but not without its hitches.
Under Windows 2000, with the exception of one mysterious workstation, FIFA 2001 crashes to Windows before every third game. All of the other functions work fine.
Under Windows XP, the crashing goes away, but saving leagues or seasons hangs FIFA 2001.
I would recommend making sure your software and drives are fully up-to-date: Windows, DirectX 8.0a, and your video drivers at the minimum.
Other than that, I've neither seen nor been able to find for myself a magic bullet for FIFA 2001 on Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Hopefully FIFA 2002 will have full 2000 and XP support.

Hello,
I run Fifa 2001 under Windows XP build 2600. I had to set up the compatibility manager to Win98 mode for FIFA 2001, and everything works good.
bye,
Lukas.
