hey all i was wondering that because PES has CM info implemented in the game now they should really go full-on to kill off the Fifa series by bringing in club competitions into the game (English Premier , Primera Liga , Serie A , Bundesliga , Champs League)

That would put the final nail into Fifa's coffin because the only reason you would buy another football game than the soon the be released PES is because you want to play as your favourite club team in your favourite league and not the Master League.

Having said this though i think the Master League should be kept because its wonderful to play but maybe Konami would get more customers if European Leagues were added.

Final not : i know PES is released on the 16th of November in Europe but when is it goin to be released in australia? its usually around the same time as the UK but in all the lists at my local games stores they havent even heard of PES!!!!!!!!

And to go on from this, if they did have the individual leagues, they could have the top 4 of each league go into the champions league (renamed of course) and then the 5&6 go into the Uefa cup (renamed) (But is that really how it's done in real life, the top4 then 5&6 places??)

I reakon that would be cool.

Then from there, they could do the toyota clubs cup thingy they have in Japan I think, where the top club teams in the world do it out to see whos best.

it depends on how good the country's competition is

for expample: the first 3 of spanisch league are going to the Champions League and the fourth goes to the qualifaction

But in a weak league like Belgium only the first one goes through to the qualifacition.

Oh dear looks like the reality of another rubbish EA release is causing denial already!

By the way PES has the official license for all European players and unlike FIFA the license is being used to create players who not only look like their real life counterparts but play like them on the pitch.

The fifpro allows them to use player likenesses but EA has the major European leagues, hopefully they can at least add an English flavoured league for next year.

I think he is right about fifa kicking ISS'S ass, only because EA will be angry because there revolutionary fifa2002 will no be able to even beat ISSPE1 on the PSone, let alone PES one he PS2............
