I really need some help here guys. Have any of you encountered problems with this so-called "great and easy to use" editor ?

Here's the problem i've been having : It edits the names of the players without hassle, but when i import new shirts (BMP format), they show up in the editor, but never make it into the game ! The same applies to backgrounds and club logos...i checked if the editor changed the main files and it did...nonetheless nothing shows up when i run the game.
I followed the exact procedure as it was written in the pdf file, extracting the updated database to the main one, but no cigar >:-(

Does anyone have a solution for this, because it's becoming rather obvious that EA doesn't even bother to give their customers a proper helpsite :(

Anyway, create a new account on yahoo briefcase or something, gimme the login and pass and i'll up the english editor for you :)

I would send it to you, but the editors almost 4mb and my pc couldn't hack that >.<
