Haven't you got to get one of those big-brimmed fedoras with the silk tie band, and an ankle-length leather coat, lots of gold jewellery, and a Cadillac Convertible, saying things like " Mah Man!" and "Yo Bitch!".

Somehow, Dragan, I can't see you driving down Westerbrogade in an open-top Cadillac.

Hahaha, no no,....it would be an old rusty Fiat punto (or puto for that matter :D )

Puntos don't rust THAT fast, they've only been out 5 years or so. My Tipo's rusting now it's 10 years old.

WHat you should beware of is my mate's Golf. The exhaust is blowing and the CV joints knock on the slightest corner. He insisted taking me and the company's new German sales manager for the "Michael Schumacher Tour of Copenhagen". This included going round the inner courtyard of the Amelienborg palace at 60Kph! And I'm not sure we went round the right way either!

Got my own back later that evening. He tried to trick me and the German lady into going on the Golden Tower at Tivoli. She refused, so I made him ride it with me! Of course, they take all loose items from you, which included his glasses so he couldn't see the view, but only got the gut wrench when it drops you!

HaHaHaHa!!!!

I don't know why but all Italian cars (Alfa Romeo, Fiat etc.)
got a rusting problem...
just like Peugot got dashboard noisey problem...
since I've had 205GTi, 205 regular, 306 and now 206
all with the same problem...
American cars are the best (for those who don't have money
for German cars...:D ) big, compftrable and smooth driveing...

German cars are the best...can't say that about the football team...

I can tell you why Italian cars from the 80's rust so badly. It's all to do with a deal the Italian Government did with Russia. They received Titanium and Steel in exchange for technology. The Ti went into the EuroFighter and the steel went into the car industry. The Italians thought they were getting a good deal as the technology consisted mainly of all the equipment and know-how to build...... the FIAT 131 Supermirafiori!! This was rebadged as the Lada Riva! The joke was on the Italians as the steel was poor quality, low carbon-content stuff and very prone to rust.

My other car is an Astra, under the Vauxhall name in the UK rather than Opel. I don't own it yet, the bank does! But in 5 years' time it will be mine, all mine, I tell you!!

The only car I own is a '99 Supra.

I just put some nice 18's on it.:D

Very reminiscent of a Tom Robinson song:

"Wish I had a grey Cortina*,
Whiplash aerial, racing trim.
Cortina owner, nothing meaner,
Wish that I could be like him."

(*Ford Cortina was the Taunus on the European mainland)

I like my Astra. It's got air-con, and it fits in the garage. I was looking at a Vectra, but it would have to sit outside all year round, cos it wouldn't fit in the garage with all my other stuff (bikes, shelving, paint tins, etc.)
