I sent another email to centralpark interactive (gaming store in NZ) asking if the NZ realease date was moved froward because of the 'new' nov 9th realease. This is the reply:

Hi There

I have just got off the phone with our local Konami distributor and at the moment the Australia/NZ release date has been bought forward to November 23rd.

However in saying that, they also said that there is a good possibility the November 9th release date in the UK, is going to slip into Dec/Jan over the next few weeks. But at the moment November 23rd is the date slated.

Fingers crossed.

Good news maybe, bad news maybe. I just hope it's coming out here when they say it is.

Ah! If they're gonna delay it until December/January I might aswell freeze myself down for a couple of months!
