Me and my friend attended our first Koosday’s event at the Tiger Tiger bar, in Newcastle on Tuesday night.

It was a fun packed night as usual. I danced, drank and I met a girl who I really liked and we’ve kept in touch via email and Facebook.

I asked if I could have a photo taken with him using my iPhone. He agreed and I was chuffed to bits despite looking obese. I’m clearly not photogenic, end of!

I was so excited, that I immediately went on to my Twitter app and tweeted the photo to Obertan’s Twitter, along with a personal message.

The next day, I was surfing on Twitter and I noticed that he had changed his profile pic to the exact photo that had been taken with me on Tuesday night.

I was furious because, he did not ask my permission to use it, but it’s questionable whether or not it is classed as copyright or intellectual property theft considering the fact that it was taken on my phone and that his face on the photo itself.

Hey, I’m not a lawyer but I do believe that anything that was created by me or anything created with the use of my property has an immediate personal copyright and ownership.

So, I’ve recently tweeted Gabriel asking him why he’s stolen my photo and I have not yet received a response.

A board panel read my resit application then immediately turned me down due to “my poor performance” during the 2010/11 academic term. I then replied forwarding them a letter from the hospital about my recent scan results and diagnosis. They said:

Yeah I don't know. Usually depression only happens to poor people. I find that people's happiness is directly correlated to their wealth. Poor people tend to think that money will solve all their problems, and while it keeps them from getting sued of having the water turned off, in terms of mental health money doesn't help at all.

One of my best friends in high school dropped out of college and was a freelance web developer for several years, before his app/plugin took off and he could live off the earnings from it. He moved to San Francisco and secured $2.5 million in investment from Google Ventures and others. He is also 27 years old.

You don't need a degree, particularly in Lee's chosen field, but I guarantee you my friend doesn't go around saying "I might not have a degree, but I'm just as good as anyone else!" Nah, I'm a peaceful man...I'd probably try to talk you out of a physical confrontation before actually having to fight with anyone. Someone has to REALLY piss me off (like talk smack on my girlfriend, or defend a close friend of mine) in order to get in a fight with me.
