Some people seem to have these little pictures undernearth their names in threads. How do I get one?

Go there, and click on profile i think. The put in the url of the pic.

i think ur talking about avatars.

go to register > modify profile > edit options

then scroll down to the last option on the page and upload a picture from ur computer.

ur picture cannot be larger than a certain maximum size...
