Now its upto everybody if you want to take this advice but it works.I had a lot of trouble with training and spent hours working out exactly how to train them to make the most of there potential and im happy to say ive sracked it!! Heres how...
First of all you need to set up the training plan.Put ALL you players into one training group (squad group)then set it up as follows.As funny as this seems it works.
Monday = 5 a side
Tuesday = Endurance
Wednesday = 5 a side
Thursday = Endurance
Friday = 5 a side
Sat = Endurance
Sun = Rest
(all these are with 2 bars of effort)
Within 3 days the players stats will start to rise.Some player very very quickly.example is Nano (barca) he rised from 70 skill to 82 in a month!!!
I bet your thinking about there injury pronness due to overtraining.Well all the enduance takes care of that.There injury proneness will go DOWN.Some players i got down to 0!!!!
When the season starts you may need to change the settings around the fixture list so that sometimes they have 2 x 5 a side to every 1 x endurance a week and other weeks they have 2 x endurance to every 1 x 5 a side.This will keep them fit.
The main thing is you DONT need good coaches for this.It works with the worst coaches.So if your a small team there are no problems :)
You need to be carefull though.If you sign a new player make sure you put him into the squad training group.
Also dont make the same mistake with injured players.They need to be put straight back into the squad group when there condition is above 95%.
You can apply the same training method to the youth team with the same affect.
You may find some players will not respond to this method at first.But after a while they will.Just bare with it.
THERES ONLY 2 THINGS YOU HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR
1) IF YOU APPLY THIS METHOD DONT CHANGE IT!! IF YOU START TRAINING PLAYERS WITH SEPERATE THINGS (SHOOTING, PASSING) THEN THEIR STATS WILL FALL HEAVILY.IF YOUR GOING TO APPLY THING METHOD DO IT AND LEAVE IT FOR THE WHOLE DURATION OF YOU GAME.
2) THE PLAYERS MUST BE TRAINED LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME.ADDING MORE REST PERIODS ESPECIALLY PRE SEASON WILL HAVE A DRASTIC NEGATIVE EFFECT ON THE PLAYERS.
