I have download home and away 2GK jerseys for my team, but it always plays in "home jersey" even when it plays away or against a team that have very similar color.

Does anyone know how to correct this ?

Its probably the colour you have set in the team settings!

The team settings show different jerseys for home and away. BTW, when I play a friendly game with the team against itself, they show up in different jerseys (home and away).

In Fed2001 go to the team that the jersey problem is. You should now c the two jerseys (home & Away). Under them should be a 3 colour panels (1 shirt, 1 short, 1 sock). Just say the home kit is Deportivo. They have blue and white stripes. In the colour panel you should have in this order Blue, White, Black (or whatever color jersey). Do the same with everything else. Do the same if you go to the Customize screen.

It works.
