Bolivia scored first, then colombia tied. At the 75th min. the game was stopped due to a linesman injury with a glass bottle thrown by the crowd. 5 min. later the game started again, but no changes occurred.

Maracaibo: Venezuela vs. Argentina 4-0
Not much to say here, just that Crespo and Verón showed why they're among the best south american players in Italy.

Asunción: Paraguay vs. Uruguay 1-0
Not much to say here either. Paraguayans win their first game.
