View Full Version : I miss the sigs !!!!!
::shinji:: 29-10-2001, 08:22:AM I don't know about you guys but I really miss seeing all the creative sigs we used to have back in the old forum. I was off looking through some other forums I frequent and everything looked a lot cooler because they allow sigs. If they are at a REASONABLE size, then I don't see why we shouldn't be allowed to use them. Not that it's a big deal or anything, but personally, and I don't think I'm alone here, feel that this forum is starting to look really borring, especially now since 90% of the users have the same avatar, more or less.
Oh, and I've found a site that'll host your sigs for free, for those who don't have a server to link them to.

::shinji:: 29-10-2001, 11:39:AM I think this is like the only forum on the net that doesn't allow them these days. I can understand if they're huge and take forever to load for people with slow connections, but at a decent size, they don't take long to load at all, even on 56k.
And the link I was talking about is www.yoursighost.com , it's completley free, quick to sign up for, no pop-ups, and they allow you to store 3 sigs there.

Sigs are just a picture or graphic that is attached to your posts....sig is just an abbreviation of signature, in case you didn't know.
