View Full Version : Leeds Should Have Won
FIFAfreak 29-10-2001, 04:09:PM Well that was a GREAT game! Talk about intensity... What's with MAN U and their cheap tackles! :D That Beckham is such a pansy... I'm glad Keane knocked him on his ass haha... They were both lucky not to get reds. Anyway I knew that bastard Solskjaer was going to get an equalizer! I may have jinxed Leeds accidently because he scored just as I said "watch, now Solskjaer will probably score". Anyway still shows Man U will have a tough time this year... they've got Liverpool, Arsenal and the usual Man U asskickers Chelsea coming up! haha :D
IceBlu 29-10-2001, 06:18:PM yup !!.....too bad......cann't wait to see Fergie's departure....:D
andylau 29-10-2001, 09:35:PM Glad that someone gave Beckham a piece of his mind... great moment!!! :)

can't agree more about that little scumbag
he flying to the floor after a little push.
the guy can't stand up for himself.
rightly so Kean wasn't sent off
good shame he didn't throw him a punch .. it would have been worth it
shame Leeds didn't win
I'm sure they're the best bet for EPL this season
Amika 30-10-2001, 04:30:AM apparently the referee Dermot Gallagher has been relegated to nation wide league for not sending off keane... more news can be found here...

ShearerM4 30-10-2001, 08:19:AM one of the most stupid decisions ever made in my opinion
Amika 30-10-2001, 05:18:PM err... to be frank... it is the first time i saw a referee being relegated due to a mistake he made... it is strange but to be fair keane should has been send off... and then it will change the whole outcome of that match...
andylau 30-10-2001, 07:33:PM Surely Keane was lucky that he's still on the pitch... May be something has changed... at least there's referee that not always on Man U side... Unfortunately, the FA still is. :(
By the way, I think referee Paul Durkin is also being relegated because he failed to produce the red card for Le Saux challenged on Danny Mills last week.
Now, I think every referee will not want to officiate a Leeds game... just in case, they got relegated. :D

I think there is a big difference between being dirty and getting stuck in ..
And Leeds are a great example
they're no dirtier than ny other team in da league

i totally agreed with you... i hate the way they play... and a certain player need to be mentioned like smith, mills and bowyer even bakke are a pain in the a-s-s sometime!!!!
Tilstrom 31-10-2001, 11:04:PM yeah it's a shame that their lead was stolen in the final moments. oh well, till next time i suppose. :)
Alenitchev 01-11-2001, 12:42:PM That was a red card if I ever saw one... if the Keane was other, I'm sure that the story around here would be other...
man united forever 01-11-2001, 02:03:PM There's no doubt that Keane should have been sent off. All you people who think that a yellow card was fair on Keane, I can only feel sorry for you - you've sunk so low in your jealousy and hate for a brilliant, successful team like Manchester United that you cannot even tell the difference between a yellow and a red card. Just because your sorry excuse for a team couldn't win jack! Personally I'm sick of all this Manchester United bashing. Let me just remind you that United are the champions of England, not Leeds(or Newcastle, Shearer!). They are in the second round of the Champions' League. Where, may I ask, are Leeds in the UCL? That's right, they aren't in the competition!
P.S. everyone has a right to their own opinion, but it kinda gets on a person's nerves after a while, so no offence to anyone:)
