I've heard that Konami are making WC2002.Will it have the same game engine as ISS PE2 or is it an entirely different game? But I know that EA is making WC2002.Is it possible for both of them to get the WC2002 license? Or is Konami still not licensing it.:D :) ;) :confused:

well, if fifa nominates 1 game as "official game of the world cup" then that will not be good. However, it should be possible to give two games the licenses for the WC. Konami are thinking of making a WC game however we do not know what division gets the game yet.

Unfortunately, money talks in any license issues. If EA paid FIFA a lot of money for the license it might have damaged Konami chance of securing a license. Let's hope that is not the case. The WC is in Japan and Korea, so Konami has a good chance of getting the license.
