hello guys

well am planning to buy one of the new console systems but i really dont know which one to buy....either xbox or game cube.


xbox has more power but it is not a japanese console. and i dont really trust microsoft when it comes to games. but on the other had xbox has lots of amazing execlusive games

cube. first of all is japanese..second, i love the RE series and nintendo bought the whole series from Capcom. and nintendo know how to make games more than microsoft.

so what do u think??

I would hang back at the moment and let people with more money and less sense do the testing for you.

Once they have been around a while you will be able to go on epinion.com and find out what problems people have had with them and what's good, etc. Also the prices are gonna come down within 6-12 months of release, just like with PS2.

I would get a GameCube. I have one preordered through Amazon.com. I am getting an Indigo Cube, 2 controllers, FIFA 2002, Rogue Leader, Luigi's Mansion, Madden 2002, 6 months of EGM and a memory card for $450.

I would definitly buy an X-Box, cos I like Microsoft + they have bought a lot of game licenses (i hope they can take over Sony's EA license, hehe)!!

But I would also prefer a Gamecupe compared to a PS2!!!

But buy X-Box, it has more power

PS2, X-box and the cube will all be the same. They will all release the same games. The Ps2 will probably be the most popular because it came out at the right time. The X-box will come out to late, and will flop.

Remeber when N64 came out and they said it was great but after 3 years it wen't down and stopped making good games :). So i'm sticking with PS2 & X Box.

I have played the X-Box (thanks to my Brother-in-Law :)). I have played just about every console to date, I have only played a bit of Cube.

In order of what I would play:

1. X-Box (blows the competition out of the water, no doubt)
2. PS2
3. Cube
4. Dreamcast *cough* maybe a good PC is better

X-box is so much better than PS2, and I was a PlayStation nutt.

The x-box will be the best console, but i think the ps2 will have more and better games...

Well, for the gamecube, you got nintendo games, so this console is made to play the pokemons, so if you're a big fan of them, buy it without a doubt !!!! :p

GET A PS2, GTA3 and Smackdown3 are the greatest ever games!

I got my GameCube a couple days ago. It is so cool!!! You gotta get one. I got Star Wars:Rogue leader, Madden 2002, and Luigi's mansion and I'm getting FIFA 2002 tomorrow. the controller is so cool. i'm addicted
