Yeah! Great show, but a bummer about shelving it. They did that to "Space - Above & Beyond" as well, which was excellent.
Also big on "Farscape"
"Stargate - SG1"
"Coupling"
"The Fast Show"
"So, Graham Norton"

So many to list, so little time!

Bottom.

Check out this website. It is about the Young Ones as well as Bottom (for those that don't know, Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmundson featured in both series, and the website generally revoloves around them.)

When I was at college we always rushed back after last lecture on Friday to get a mushroom curry from the Chinese takeaway, then sit and eat it watching "Out of Town" (a country diary thing about fishing, etc) followed by "The Muppet Show"

Then down the pub, leave before closing to get some chips from the Chinese takeaway and eat them watching "Soap" (confused? you will be!), followed by the Late Late Show, which was a slot that showed a so-called arty film from Europe that normally involved at least one young lady losing a certain amount of her clothing!
