I did the same thing for Polish team in FIFA 99, (transfer all the players that play for teams around Europe into LKS Lodz to make a good LKS team) this team still had a hell of a hard team beating Man U to get into Champions League, they would lose 4 out of five series at least.

You can do the same thing on FIFA 2000, though as far as I know there is no code for unlimited payroll on PSX version, just like in FIFA 99...

My idea is to transfer all player from one nationality to one team, so say you take all of the irish players, like keane and irwin and given and others and transfer them to one team and make it the irish national team. this way we can have the most update national team rosters, becuase there were many players not on the national team in fifa2000. anyone intested.
