Would you rather watch drug taking athletes get paid to lose, or under 21 soccer players pulling small crowds, or Euro 2000.
Either the olympics should have no age restrictions on olympic players, or declare Euro 2000 the best sporting event of the year!

The teams in the Olympics are only allowed three over 21 players, we might as well have another youth championship! Of course Euro 2000 is going to be better than the Olympics.

Actually in the Olympics its U-23, not U-21, and you can have three players over that limit. But I do agree with you, make it U-23 championship with no over age players, like it was in Barcelona 92, I think it would make the competition more interesting.
Yeah, I remember Barc92, we Polaks got our asses kicked. It's ok, we still got silver. I remember the whole thing, nobody wants to see any restrictions. That's what made it so great back then.

Umm, Paul:
first of all we didn't get our asses kicked(we lost 3-2 in the final on a goal by Kiko in extra time, I still have the game on tape),
and second of all there were restrictions, it was U-23 only, no overage players.
