Do any of you know how to play using a cable modem

My friend and I tried to do so in December or something ...... but we couldnt figure it out ... I called Shaw but they were of no help. I emailed EA but I am still waiting for their reply. SO ..... If anyone knows ... irvin@home.com. Thankz.
