With all this talk in the forum lately about best team this and best game that. I thought there's something with missed out BEST MATCH? Mine would have to be Newcastle vs Barcelona in the Champions League a few years ago. You know the one when Tino Asprilla scores a hatrick, real edge of the seat stuff!

Best match ever I think was the last game of 1950 world cup where Uruguay upset Brasil 2-1,
Brasil was 1 up and all they needed was a draw to win the world cup, and yet Uruguay came back to score 2 in the second half and win the world cup. And this game was in Brasil, rumor is many people commited suicide at the stadium after this happened, (figure of 150 is often mentioned...). This game has many legends surrounding it, some of them really amazing.

As for European cups I agree the Man U - Bayern finish will be remembered as one of the most amazing turnarounds and all around memorable games.

Hereford v Brighton 1997.

The losers got demoted to the conference.

the mighty BHA scored in the 73rd Min to condemn the sheep shaggers to the conference.

You lot are all on the premiership bandwagon, i bet you dont even get to games.

1) Brazil-France in the 86' World Cup. That one made me all sweaty. I was 12 years old and cried my eyes out when Brazil lost on penalties in the end. Not too many goals, but the drama and the quality of the football was classic.
2)Germany-France, 82' world cup (3-3). Too young too recall the quality, but it was the game that really made me fall in love with football.
3)Argentina-Romania, 94 world cup (3-2). blinding end-to-end, counterattacking action with great chances on every attack
