I was playing FIFA 2002 and this was what happened:
I SHOT THE MOON!!!!
My player was facing his own goal, he did the movement to shoot the ball towards his own goal but, guess what: the ball went backwards and hit the adboards of the opponent's side, and left the stadium over my own goal!!!!
In the next thread I'll post the replay, I promisse!!!!

Hey Karneiro, what a vivid imagination...
Guess what, maybe next time you'll be posting here saying FIFA thinks Beckham is one of the 3 best players in the world...
...or Benfica has a good team.
BTW, why weren't the portuguese champions Boavista included in FIFA2002?
Ah, 69 pessoas tinham lido este tópico qd deixei esta msg...

That guy is my best friend in real life! :) It's because of that post that I started posting. In fact, that was my very first post! :)

I'm not sure I actually understood what that shooting sequence supposedly looked like; it would've been nice to have seen the replay. Did the ball travel back and forth the length of the field? If it's been some time since I refragged the computer, I notice that in the middle of some games, my players will start doing the opposite of my commands. No big problem, and it's actually a gift from the ghosts in the machine: if I'm leading I just figure out the glitch and stall until the match is over. If I'm losing, I convince myself it's a justification to re-start the match.
