anyone else have these problems?

1) If changing formation, the game puts the players in the wrong position... for example, if i change from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3, i'll find like Giggs playing right back, Keane at striker, etc...
So I figure I'll just go to the substitutions and change the players to the correct position, or whatever position I want them to play. This still does not work.

2) Sometimes the players will not pass or shoot or sprint when told to do so. I might press the shoot button 2 or 3 times (the power bar is going up) but when i let go, the player will kinda step on the ball to stop it or whatever.
I've tried the keyboard and 3 different game controllers (Microsoft, Logitech, Propad) to test this problem. Also I've tried more than one system.

3) Defenders are morons - I don't care what level of skill you play on and or who the defender is. All the computer does is hit these long balls all day over the back of the defense. When you switch to the defender, the attacker is already 10 -15 yards goal side. The defender has no concept of anticipation.

4) This comes from point 3. When playing on a higher level, shouldnt your team mates who are controlled by the computer play at a higher level as well? If i play on Amateur and then switch to Prof or WC, the players on my team controlled by the computer are just as stupid as when the skill is set to Amatuer. Its frustrating to get beat because of your players always being out of position. Obviously you cannot control the positioning of all the players on your team.

My system is:
Windows ME
Asus CUSL2
P3-700
256mb kingston
64mb V5 5500 agp

Otherwise, the game rocks - the new passing system is awesome.
