hey guys.. after two weeks of playing FIFA2K, It still makes me sick.. I rally respect those that say good things about FIFA2k(about 20% of the people) and they urged us that hate FIFA2K to try it for a week then we would DISCOVER true flavor of FIFA2k.. So I did. I played for two weeks now. and guess what? I hate this dumb game more than two weeks ago! and the graphic just makes me SICK even with my 3d card. Why is every player wearing hairgel on their hair?? It's so shiny. And the fact that you get 90% success rate on bicycle kick and 98% success rate in header just cracks me up.
SO after two weeks of trying, I am officially giving up on FIFA2K. i don't really blame EA since it's not like I paid for the game since I tried warez version.
And I'm thankful for EA for providing much loved WC98 and FIFA99 for me. They did a great job. But as of yesterday, i'm a proud owner of PSX and Winning Eleven 4. I HATE consol, and I hate using playstation joystick. But, oh my.. WE4 is sweet. It's money wellllllll spent. Only thing is that commentry is in Japanese, but i don't even pay attention to that 'cause the game itself is truly awsome. Well, sorry for taking up your time with this post, but I urge all of you(those that are not satisfied with FIFA2k) to try WE4, you won't be sorry.
I guess this will be my last time coming to Fifa2000.net, at least until next year. I want to check out FIFA2001.

Someone please explain to me why Fifa 99 was so good? I hated it. Fifa 99 wasnt a soccer game it was sped up ping pong.

I agree the more games i play of 2000 the more I hate it too! This is opposite of 99, (i did not like it at first but after about a week i thought it was great).
The header passes down the field are annoying, i thought that went out with 97, but guess whats its back! now show me where it can be done that goalie punts the ball, the player at midfield heads the ball down 30 meters on and the next guy shoots a brillian header for a goal from the edge of penalty box?

It took me 4-5 game play to hate FIFA 2000.
The game is damn upset !!!
