Some days ago someone posted a thread about an update patch from EA Sports which should fix the bugs in the game. Is it true or was it only a suggestion???:confused:

i dont believe the patch would solve everything moreover i dont think they are going to fix anything beside hardware/software compat list.

ea sucks sometimes coz they always ignored the gaming community. despite its great gameplay and graphic, fifa2k2 sucks coz the cpu hardly tackles. they either do it cleany or they dont do it. i like fifa2001 more coz sometimes the defender will tackle your striker giving u a penalty which is much more closer to real soccer.

Are you sure? For me, the AI always tackles and gets it right, although there is an occasional foul and penalty.

I agree, If i am faster than the defender he is likely to do a glide-tackle and it's just for me to run across his gliding path. But if the defender is as fast as I are he just do a conventional tackle and my attacker stumbles away.
I wonder if anyone has thought of doing a First-Person soccer simulator. It could be cool to pop on your VR helmet and enter the field...... :-)
