I really can't stand him much from a personal point of view, but I don't doubt his on-court value.
He is a standout - sheer physical dominance combined with excellent feet for such a huge player.
I guess that he is the only way Germany will have a shot at anything, and I surely don't understand why no major European clubs try to sign him. Now he could be a steal, in 2 weeks that could change.

I'm out, for once in my life I'll rout for Germany. Why? Because I sure don't want Italy to face England in the quarters. England are plain and simple a better team than Germany...

Zambrotta,
"England is a better team than Germany?"
You probably did not see the game then. Of course, England won, but in soccer, luck can usually help a team get by. In England's case, it was all luck. Germany outplayed England the entire game...England barely had possession, and they only threatened Kahn a few times...
Ziege should've had a goal, but he choked it...Jancker should've had a goal shooting from 6 feet away...Scholl should've had 2...England only had 3 threatening shots...Germany simply choked on goal the entire game...
To be honest, Jancker was terrible in that game. He could never stay on his feet...and he missed a shot that even you could have made...
England is not a better team than Germany...luck just saved them...if you saw the game, you would have noticed...

Well its about time WE had some luck against the Germans!

Amazing. I'd never thought I'd live to see the day when the Germans were forced to make up excuses because we kicked their ass.

BTW, Jancker is wanker.
