Fowler wanted to leave , although he never formally said it ... he wants to play for england and he wasnt going to get a regular start with us so he weighed it all up and went to leeds .. to get more ground time and increase his chances of going to Japan. Secondly Baros is 19, 20 ish you cant compare a pretty much unknown youth international to fowler of course hes going to be no comparision but he still has potential. Anelka is a really good sign in my opinion although he has been a bit of a stooge at times ... he played his best at Arsenal and maybe a return to the premier league is what he needs besides theres no saying that he will be chosen above litmanen or heskey .... and to my final point litmanen is getting old like it or not and we need cover and now we have anelka !!!!!
