I know I'm not a mod but I have some suggestions on how to improve this forum and maybe you have some too.

I think we should have:
A wider variety of smilies to use.

Animated smilies. ex. In which the rolleyes smilie's eyes roll.

Ability to attach bigger files or have a seperate page in which you can attach animations etc. and you can redirect the users of the forum to view them.

This is a result of scouting other forums and seeing what they have and seeing how we can improve this football forum.

Any other ideas would be appreciated. I hope the mods see this and take a few ideas.

Maybe we should take after the Sports Interactive forums. Probably some of the most popular forums around (the non-related forum gets a post about every two minutes).

So if use that idea we should:

- Have no post counts
- Allow no images to be attatched
- No signatures at all.
- VERY strict moderators (anyone talks back to a mod they get warned - really)

Sounds like fun doesn't it? :D

Joe; i got an idea, remember the SG award that we had a couple of months ago.. maybe we can give a banner or something for those member that won the award like a year or so pending for next year winner and carry on like that for years to come.. and thus people that got the red card award will be ashame of themselves therefore, it may also cut down stupid flaming posts...

i think this will really light up the forum a bit... :p

I think the colors are fine. If there were more, it would be harder to use. What I like about this forum a lot, i sthat u can have custom avatars(not sure if u can have in other). Animated smileys-it's just a small upgrade. We can live without it. I'd like to have it though :p Not many things I don't like on this forum. Now, even Van Wikj is gone :D
