I fancy Man U to win this one but I won't put out Real just yet though. Bayern should beat Porto but again I can't say for sure especially after that upset 13 years ago. Barca is very much favoured to beat Chelsea and I really hope they do too and I guess Lazio mite have the advantage over Valencia but Valencia has guys like Claudio Lopez and Mendieta so I guess it'll be kinda close...

Yeah, I agree. Probably Man Uinted, oops, United, should beat Real Madrid. Unless Real corrected their mistakes, but I don't think they'll do it. It was already hard for them to qualify to the Quarter Finals.

Well .... ManU hasnt been playing that exceptional as of late, and neither has Real. I think the first game is going to be the most important. If Real can score a few goals on ManU's shaky defense, then they they have an very good chance of shutting down ManU, even if they are in Old Trafford. The problem of course, is Real scoring the 3 or more goals they need to kill ManU. All of U Real fans better pray that Anelka and Real kiss and make up, cause if they don't. forget the Real - Barca final. If ManU can come out with a draw or at least score a goal (wo/ giving up three or more) then they will progress to lose to Bayern .... because face it .... unless ManU starts playing better .... with Bayern being HEALTHY unlike last year, forget it .... Barca - Bayern final. Lazio doesnt have the skill or the talent to beat Barca.

As much as I loathe admitting it, I think Man U will win. Bayern Munich put all of Real's deficiencies on display, and I'm sure United will pick up on that.

Batistuta I agree with your picks and with your semi-finals, the final I want to see is Barca-Man U, and Man U will probably win it too.

Also on paper Real Madrid look real tough, but when it comes to execution on the field they seem lacking, but it should be a great match nevertheless.

Also forget about Anelka, he won't be coming back. If you read his comments, he said Hierro(the captain) went to the coach and said the team doesn't like him, and it could just be true that they never want to pass him the ball. He also said his only friend on the team was Karembau who's not playing either.
