Use EA Graph's palette workshop to make sure that ALL the colours in the palette are set to opacity=255 (you can do this by pushing the 'star' button). Then you'll need to set transparencies for any colours that SHOULD be transparent.. like a bright green around the scoreboard image if you have that.

Yeah, that's right. If u still can't adjust the opacity, make sure you press the 'reset all' button and the image will be back to the normal. Sometimes the logo could be some sort of 'see through'
Also make sure the background colour of ur scoreboard is different from the other colours that u used in the scoreboard so that u can adjust the opacity easier.
Good Luck,
