Hi,

I can score from the half way line from kick off, but I can't seem to be able to score from a freekick from in fornt of the goal, just outside of the box.

I usually put spin on the ball to the inside of the wall, going to the outside of the net. For example: Towards the left of the goal, I aim for the left of the goal around the right hand hide of the wall. I then put the shot power to just below the red, and the keeper save it, or it goes wide.

Can anyone suggest a method of scoreing (almost) everytime ? I used to score in FIFA 2001.

I do the same as you! I don't think there is a 'certain' way of scoring.;)

I've have been quite successfull at scoring from freekicks. I think it is easier than it was in 2001, because you can acctualy calculate where it will go. It's hard if you are on the sides of the penalty box but when you are facing straight at goal it's easy. Just put the swerve on the ball and press the shootbutton until the powerbar turns green then release. If u positioned it good it will go in:) also try to keep the ball just abit off the ground not too high but not low either
