I have designed the kit of my own local team, and I have managed to replace the away kit of an english team in FIFA 2002. I use Liverpool (ja00009.fsh). But how can I change the home kit? I can't seem to find it in any file..

Also, is it possible to replace the names and characteristics of players in a team? I know that I can create a new one in the Creation centre, but then I can't use the kit with the sponsor-logos and stuff.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

with fifa fx you can insert uniforms into the creation center

and for the local kits just remplace the a for a h, like this:
