But maybe there is a reason why Forlan isnt scoring. You never know he may not score all season but what would happen if say he came on as a sub in the 90th minute in the Champions Leaghue Final versus Real Madrid or someone and scored the winning goal! We would all love him then!!! The exact same happend with Hernan Crespo, everyone doubted him and now he's scoring regularly for Inter. Just another fact, today he netted 4 goals against the Blackburn Rovers reserves. It's only a matter of time for him to break out. I also read a nice article today from La Web Deportiva from Uruguay which talked about how he's adjusting to the English game and he feels that he is obligated to score and will hopefully begin to fill the net. Now for the comment about Forlan not being able to play as the sole striker. This is pretty wrong as when Forlan was playing for Independiente the coach adapted a 1 striker, 5 midfielders set up and Forlan ended up top goal scorer in the tournament.
