Hi.
We would like to play FIFA 99 using our newly installed cable modem. My brother has same setup with Shaw Cable. We have it with Rogers.
Since this modem is connected to an Ethernet NIC - and we really do not want to revert to the ol' 33.6kbps f/m in our pcs...how do we go about setting this up for FIFA 99?
Do we have to reconfigure our Windows' Networking options or something?
Thanks for any and all help you can give!

Hi, Kid!
Thanks for being so prompt. I am already registered with Heat, and have downloaded it.
My email address is (don't laugh - it's my hubbie's) freaksare@home.com.
Thanks alot! Since I am doing this for him (he's a little 'puter challenged, but LOVES FIFA 99 as he used to play semi-pro a few years back) this will be sooo cool.
Regards...

-Does it really work? Playing Fifa99 via a cablemodem just like you're playing a networkgame??
-If yes does it work with other games then Fifa (which cannot be played online)?
-Does that means that if someone in Australia with a cablemodem and a NIC can play against or with somebody else in England (with a cablemodem a networkcard also)?
-How manny people can join a networkgame using the cablemodem a heat?
