Hi, I downloaded the Cm 99/00 demo and i must say it kicks a$$. It's the best football game. Now I have 3 questions, Can u get sound? I live in USA so where can i order it online? The last question is < Does it have the whole league for Romania? Thanks in advance for any help!!

Yes, you can get sound and it's incredible - with proper crowd chants (for the big teams) and its almost like being at a game. As for ordering it online - I have to get back to you on that one - I'm lucky as most of my family is back home in England so they just sent me a copy. As for the Romanian league - sorry it doesn't http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/frown.gif - but it doesn't have the Greek, Turkish, or Australian leagues either so you're not alone. It does have tons of others so u won't be bored, and u can always manage the Romanian national team.

I know a few people who have bought the game from there and had it delivered no problem and they are a very large company. I believe one of the reviewers from GamesDomain.com (who lives in the US) also said he bought the game from them.

But before you order online - you might want to go to your local EB and ask if they can order/import it for you - I never bothered to try, but the game is published by Sports Interactive, but DISTRIBUTED (in Europe) by EIDOS - who distribute in North America as well (the Tomb Raider guys no less), so you could ask the EB first.

Good luck - and if you like the demo, trust me, the full game will blow you away.

This guy had the same question I had- where can you get CM99/00 if you live in New York. I went to the EB site and they don't list it in their catalogue, also it's not sold on Amazon.com or J&R Music World.

If anyone knows if there are any stores in New York that stock this game please post. If not I'll probably order through that site you posted.

I'm a bit perplexed as to why Eidos aren't putting copies of the game in the bigger stores in the US as SI went to some lengths to include the MLS and all its teams and trappings. CM3.COM have (or had) a list of good places to buy online, so it may be worth dropping in there. Try visiting #champman on efnet if you can (currently #champmanager due to take over) - you can usuallly find someone there who can help, including members of the development team (look of for fdoubvll and Boah, both from SI) and myself and Batesy. Try and get hold of a copy of this game as you shouldn't consider yourself to be a true soccer gamer until you've played it through to 3am when you've got better things to be doing ;-)

Some Tips.

I finished 3rd w/ Newcastle last season and I won the League Cup. I'm not excellent, but I can hold my own. (Last match 2-2 against Man Utd.)

My tip is to download tactics off of the internet. Those guys know their stuff. I am using an odd 2-3-1-4 formation that is excellent.

Nah mate! Don't use other people's tactics - make your own - I've mastered CM3 and have don't pretty well in CM99/00 without using supertactics - use your soccer knowledge and savvy - look at your, and your opponent's players, and formations and the way they play. Look @ the other options such as pressing, the different types of play - long ball, short etc, and don't forget man-marking, hard tackling, free roles etc.
Don't look at it as computer game - it's a simulation - look at the possession and in-game stats as well.
Use your own tactics - that way it's more fun - at least you're in control.

Yes, from a store - using money. Money can be exchanged for goods and services. I have family in England, I sent them the money, they bought the game, they sent me the game. If you don't have any relavtives in Europe u can order online.
Or you could be a thief and get the warez version.

i live in the u.s also and i got it from Simplygames.com it toke only a week to get here and they got free delivery it will cost you about 31.00 american dollars.

Please don't post any more links to CM99/00 - these forums are strictly warez free, and besides - SI employees visit these forums regularly, note down any sites they see, and close them. That sort of thing is low - especially when you actually talk to the guys at SI that you are ripping off and they turn out to be really nice people.
