Just thought I let you know what I up to with FEd2002.

It is progressing well albeit slowly as I've been fairly busy with work and family commitments.

Attached are some new screenshots showing Korean text being displayed. Thanks to Taedol of www.fifakorea.com for the translation. BTW, the translation package is still under development. Once it's finished, I'll send it out to the translators for translation.

One question with the translation-do u want us to translate it just in a text document and u'll change it in the program, or we are supposed to change it directly in the program?

It's not near where I live but it is close to where I work. Maybe we can have lunch together.

I've written a program to make it easier for the translators to do their job.

Hi Chau,
Will the Fed 2002 enable GAMEPLAY editing? Coz I remember that we can edit the ball physics, goal keeper... many gameplay in Fed 2001.

Will FEd2002 support FEd2001 TEA/LEA files? If so, we all patchmakers could start making the TEA files now in FEd2001 and use them when FEd2002 is out.

This is very good. I can make the Hungarian translatian if you want (or if you allow me :) )
But I have a question: Can't you put in FEd 2002 an Ingame Scripts editor? So than we would be able to overwrite not only the team names but also the whole game to our language... :)

I would like to know if this year Fed 2002 will be able to edit the name of the leagues in the spanish version of Fifa 2002.

I will also like to know if you need any help with the transations and if you could add a plug-in option in the game for future "language packs" for the program

Thanks so much for the offer, chau. I've been told about Melbournians who are very nice and friendly like Malaysians too. I've looked at my schedule and it may be quite busy for the first three days (Feb 20 to 22) but maybe less busy after that. I'll post more thread here when I arrive in Melbourne. I maybe take Qantas Airlines via KL-Singapore-Sydney-Melbourne on Feb 18 and reach Melbourne the next morning.

I was just wondering if Fed2002 will have an option which enables us to add player commentary in to the game. That case, when we play Fifa2002, we will be able to hear player names in the game. It seems like this Fed will be great. Thanks for your efforts.

I think that this option was available in FEd 2000

however i could be wrong!

You are right jono, this option is avalible in fed2000. By the way why do we lose commentry when editing, is it a bug or something?
