west ham hasn't beaten manchester since the league began. what makes you think they'll beat them now? sure dicanio scored a nice goal but the bastard will never get close to scoring anything like that again. and it was against the worst wimbledon team in recent memory. certainly united won't give him chances like that. he thinks he's gods gift to football and he plays for west ham. what is he thinking?

That prediction was made assuming DiCanio was playing! But no, he was out injured!!! If I knew he was injured/not playing I would never have predidcted in favor of West Ham.

Oh, Yes, Paulo Di Canio is certainly worth something like 7 goals against Manchester United, which would have turned the tide.

Manchester United just crushed West Ham; it was like playing kids. And with Scholes (a hat trick, very nice) and Beckham (Christ, what a goal) finally in form; watch out, Real Madrid, the Red Devils are back in town!

(oh, by the way, did I mention? 7-1! That's a slaughter!!)

From being down by a goal Man Utd. come back and score 7 goals.
Paul Scholes topped of his hat-trick with a back heel towards the goals, Andy Cole, Denis Irwin and Ole Gunner Solskjaer all scored a goal each and then Man Utd finished with a Beckham special.
Because Leeds Lost to Chelsea Man Utd. is now ten points ahead of them.
