First to say:
The Patch is working great and its awesome :D
Second:
The Patch is the biggest, most complete and most complex FifaPatch ever, so its natural that there might be some problems, especially as most of you have already installed other individual patches and files.
Third:
This patch is designed to work with 9 different language installations. It comes with 2 edited Main-data (fcdb.dbi) and 9 edited language datafiles depending on what language of Fifa2002 you have installed.
Only the basic Patch itself imports 60MB of edited data into Fifa2002 just by 2 clicks on a button and of course it removes this data by only 1 click.
TroubleShooting:
Basically:
You must READ and FOLLOW the requierements and installation instructions exactly ! If you use FifaFX first time you need to take some time to read its ReadMe carefully as well. Since our release of FifaFX2001 there were lots of questions in the FifaFX-Forum concerning problems and each questions finally results out of ignoring the ReadMe.
If this is too much, leave it.

WinXP
The Patch is designed and tested under Win98 and some guys who use WinXP had problems during the installation. To other WinXP users it worked fine, so its hard to find a reason for the problems, but its good to know that it CAN work even with XP.
If you wont get asked about what language you have, during the installation, the Installation failed !
This might happen, as WinXP seems to handle Dos-commands different to Win98.
If this happens you should delete the 3 folders inside Fifa2002\FifaFX named:
WorldCup
FXGermany
FXWorldCup
Now you can extract the files manually.
- Rename FifaFXWorldCup2002.exe to FifaFXWorldCup2002.rar
-Now you need WinRar3.0 beta2 (www.rarsoft.com) to open the File and to extract all Files to FIFA2002 (use stored pathnames when extracting)
-you will find the installation script within Fifa2002-Main directory, its called installWC.bat
-try to run it by doubleclicking
NO DATA
Go to Fifa 2002 OPTIONS and choose your language (just click the lowest option)
No Stadium?
Did you hear "Its showtime" ?
If not: hit the - key on the NUM-Block to the rigth side of your keyboard. Your desktop will appear and Fifa2002 is still running in the back.
DEACTIVATE FifaFX and ACTIVATE it directly again. Just hit the button 2 times. Than go back to Fifa2002 and save the game once more.
