I really don't like Fifa 2000. Along with boring gameplay and lousy commentary, the game crashes all the time. Anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm having the same problem.
I tried new drivers for my graphic card (Matrox G200 Marvel) ... nothing changes ... a newest version of directX ... nothing changes ... I don't know what to do ... If you receive a solution, please ... send it to me...

Fifa 99 was much and much and much and much and much better!!!!!!!!!

i was playing fifa 99 blindly thinking it was so great. when i played fifa2000 with my voodoo 3 2000 it was a million times better than 99. 99 was too easy even on world class. if u think fifa2000 IS TOO EASY . GET CM3 AND change stats accordingly.
this should make it much more interesting. the stadiums in fifa99 were too boring. these stadiums r much better and also there is much more variety. u find fifa 2000 boring because it is much more realistic than fifa99. reality does not suck. dream football sux as in fifa99. it was way too easy and stats were rediculous. have u seen the ball in fifa 99 its got no stitching and is way too small for a football. players r too small. lines are not painted on the pitch but seem to have been stapled on. there is no texture on the lines even with the voodoo 3 2000. when comparing fifa 99 with 2000 fifa 99 there is no contest.one final word fifa 99 must be boring as even the supporters seem to be asleep- no supporter movement=no atmosphere.

FIFA 2000 is better than FIFA 99 because the the AI learns how you play and ajusts its game accordingly. In FIFA 99 you can run the ball up the wing all the time and the AI is too dumb to change its strategy.

talking of cm3. i have posted a topic, please reply. u say they gameplay is simply awful but at least there is some gameplay. the only thig cm3 lacks is being able to play the games. then it would be better than fifa2000. at moment fifa2000 rulezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

CM3 and Fifa are diferent games.
Fifa arcade soccer game.
CM3 Manager soccer simulation.

The gameply is diferent, CM3 have gameplay, but it is the team management, it is that every player is diferent, so if you use change ronaldo for batistuta the game will change.
You could play at Fifa, yes, but if you change Ronaldo for Batistuta what is the diference? (One is faster... duh)

CM3 is the best soccer game, but it is not for everyone.
