Some months ago I found a patch for fifa2001, adding some 85 or so teams, most Eastern European and South American, to the misc section, which in the original game only contains Galatasaray... Now I wanna download it but I can't find it anymore. Could anyone tell me where to find a patch like this. All other patches I downloaded replace other teams or leagues, but if possible I wanna keep those!!!

Many patches do seem to go astray. Patch of the Day for F2K is one of them.

If you want to keep the original game as well as using patches I suggest you try using SweetPatch MRA. This manages patches, installing and uninstalling them as required, without requiring laborious backups or multiple copies of the game.
