I read ur post... HOW THE HELL CAN U SAY WHAT ELSE DID HE DO BESIDES THE GOAL? WHO CAUSE THE 1ST GOAL? WHO CAUSE THE CORNER KICK? WHO TOOK THE CORNER KICK? U see when Albertina is on the field a lot of times he passes the ball to no one!! Del Piero takes the ball makes moves and makes wonderful passes.... He is definitley better than Totti... And as a Big Juve fan I have to say.... INZAGHI MUST GO.... MONTELLA IS 100 times better!! Montella actually knows how to control the ball.... he doesnt look all scared and worried when he got the ball like Inzaghi does... He makes very good passes... He actually dribbles to the top of the box to release a shot... what does inzaghi do? Dribble till he is inside the 6 yard box... DEL PIERO is definitley one of the top 3 players for Italys Offense... not defense... I dont know How u could say Del Piero did nothing besides the goal...!!!

I agree and disagree with you .I agree with you when you say that del piero is better than Totti ,but I disagree with you about Inzaghi .The only game he probably looked scared was the first game ,but in the second he played much better .As for Montella,I wasnt impressed with his performance in the last game,I tought he was better than that but i was wrong .

nO come on.... he does better work than Inzaghi.... Can Inzaghi make passes like him? Remember when Del Piero's shot went right over the bar when Montella centered it? Could inzaghi get in that position to make that kind of play? Montella looks to shoot from the outside Inzaghi all he'll do is dribble till someone gets near him and he flies.... He might make a couple of good plays like the 1, 2 with Fiore against Belgium but Montella does better work on the pitch than Inzaghi... Yeah he is good but he doesnt do the work that is needed for the Italian offense... 2 men cant only produce like Totti and Fiore, Inzaghi doesnt know how to produce... Montella teamed up with Del Piero and Fiore now theres ur power offense... Or maybe Totti with Montella cause they both play for Roma but I think Del Piero should be starter and Totti his sub... Del Piero had 5 guys chasing him up the pitch and he narrowed it down to 1 by beating the other 4.... Well anyways... Italy better beat England cause it seems like that who theyre gonna play.. Or Romania u never know I think Romania can teach England how to play....

Del Piero scored a goal and had 2 or 3 nice passes, this is the truth, he was slow and lucky that he got to play with Montella. Imagine him with Inzaghi....

It is strange that you folks always have your own opinions on how well some players did. What would you give him? 8? Raisport gave him a 6, and I think this is correct, 5 for the game 7 for the goal and the assist.

I surely don't say that del Piero is the same load for Italy as he was for Juve most of the season, but he was similar the Raul for Spain: nice goal, little else.

No but usually Inzaghi's shot turns into a rebound and Italy always capitalize .Example 1 :Antonio conte's goal was from the rebound of inzaghi's shot .

hey Paolo Rossi... Conte's goal against Turkey didnt come off a shot from Inzaghi... Yeah it was him but he wasnt shooting... He just shot as hard as he could to the center of the box and wherever it went it went... Yeah Del Piero is a little slow but he gets a lot done... Montella is so much greater than Inzaghi that I cant even describe in numbers!... You see Del Piero's goal? Who caused it? Ambrosini for pressuring the guy with the ball so it got a couple of yards away from him and Montella made a beautiful pass... Everytime Inzaghi gets the ball can he make moves and fakes like Montella did? No chance in hell!! Montella is a much better striker than Inzaghi!! I dont care what happens with Totti or Del Piero cause we saw Del Piero and Montella work good against sweden and we all know what Totti and Montella can do on Roma...
