Ok,I know Euro 2000 is still going on,but Greece is out so we are looking at the future.

I have some questions about WC 2002,with the way England and Germany played do u think they will qualify? This "early exit" either is going to bring them down or wake them up.

Germany
England
Greece
Finland
Albania

Now as a Greek I have to ask,do u think Greece can qualify? I mean after playing bad in Euro 2000,we got a new coach (much better),we got some new young talent in there,players like Georgatos and Tsartas have steped up by going abroad to Spain and Italy.I think we can qualify,especially the way England and Germany played.Also we better not underestimate Finland.

So what do u think?

Their football skills seem to be at the same level so I would put my money on either of the top-two scenarios.

Finland I don't think has the talent to qualify.We do,we just don't have the teamwork yet.Our new coach is teaching teamwork and it is working.Germany are old,and just don't have it anymore.England underestmate there opponent all the time.That will be both teams down fall.

Although I belive Germany will rebuild themselves with younger players by 2002.But they will still be nowhere what they use to be.

I haven't seen Greece since they came here in 1994 to warm up for USA 94 (and you were pathetic, you must admit). Six years is a long, long time though. Euro 2000 has really turned that group on its head, and it looks like two from four to tie up the qualifying and playoff spots, with Albania being discounted. Finland are the dark horses here, Forssell and Litmanen providing a formidable strike force.

Greekfan thinking about WC 2002 while you have a kick-arse Euro tournament is a waste of perfectly good gray brain matter. I mean damn lets at least wait another week!!!

I think Greece is in a hard to qualify group.I dont wish my team were there.Here is my guess:

By the way,hey Polishpower!You were always a gentleman.It is shocking to hear such words from u.

England are about equal to Germany right now. It is tough to tell right now, Germany will probably pull their act together while I doubt england will. I have not seen Greece play for a while, so I have no idea how they will do. I am sure they are better than England though since England are absolute crap.

Whats the matter man? Yes it is nice to watch the games but my fav team Greece isn't there.I mean I can't get that excited about it.i can ony enjoy them as a fan of football,but I can't get "excited".
