Stoitchkov gave an interview to a portuguese sports newspaper and I can only say that I'm a bit surprised with his opinions. Wait a minute, it's Stoitchkov. No, I'm not surprised at all.

Q-Is there a mafia in Bulgaria?
Stoichkov- That word is too strong. For many years the federation cleaned its face with my name. I was the dirty one, the sh*t was always for me. For this I want nothing from them, I am indignant.

Q-Bulgaria is your country, don't you "feel" your motherland?
Stoichkov-Nowadays, no!

Q-No!?
S-I'm being honest.

Q-Do you want to be naturalized as an american?
S-Certainly. I'm just waiting for the Green Card to become an american. When I go to Bulgaria I feel like a stranger. I stay 2 or 3 days and return immediately...

Hey man he is not a money hungry, he made millions. He is sick of that country. I also lived in that country for 12 years. If you lived in that country you would not say what you have just said. That country just makes me sick sometimes.

Its hard to explain buddy, you need to live it. But it has excellent turist area, probably they are talking about the turist area where the black sea is and it is great. But the economy is **** and alot of mafia exist, they are after the $$$ turists. What do you expect from a comonist country? I wish it was great so I can go back to my farmland a live there where you get the clean air and water, natural food ........ I guess I am dreaming ;)
