One of my friends told me my videocard wasn't good enough and he told me to get a new one...He also said me i should look upon the internet to find a new one...So could someone advise me some sites where i could download one ?

You might want ot check out the Nvidia Geforce range of Cards........

the Geforce 3 is a good buy .......and if you don't want to speand that much , even the Geforce 2 MX is a decen't card.


ATI Radeon VE 64Mb with TV Out, Twin VGA Display is another good Card.......

but i would recommend Nvidia's Geforce rane......

a Graphic/3D/Video Accelerator/Card is a piece of hardware like your motherboard or soundcard .........

u have to buy that piece of harware (costs range between 80-400$) and get it installed into your Computer by a QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN

Its not software that can be DOWNLOADED !

you need a Qualified technician coz if u were qualified enuf......you wouldn't be asking me where to download a Vieo card from :p

anyways.....u don't have to solder and stuff.....u have to fix it one of the slots there which should be done by someone who knows waht he is doing.....

and yes about age.....i asked you , coz i know 12-13 year olds that can make WebPages and Overclock CPu's.......

when i was 16..(2 years ago) , i made my own computer with some help from a friend and my dad.......

Yes but comps are guy's stuff, and i'm a girl, i'm not interested in all these stuffs, i just wanna play some great games like fifa, but apparently it doesn't work well because my videocard ain't good enough, well that's what my friend told me...

ps : what's overclocking cpu's ? :confused:

ok heres what you do......

Call up your computer technician......or contack someone that knows computers WELL

then go ahead and buy a 3D card (if u can afford it) ......don't spen more than 150$....(you can get a good card like a Geforce 2 MX) ........

Then get it installed......and you shold be able to play any game you like......

enjoy......i was a little harsh ....i think....

i thought you were a guy.....

coz we have many annoying newbies here who make good museum specimens....

Overclocking is when you make your cpu from 500 to 555 or something! You make it faster but you must be carefull!
