I reckon Portugal is one of if not the best leagues in Europe. Everyone's talking about..."Who will win...Juventus or Lazio" or "Will Liverpool or Leeds go to the Champions League" or "Barcelona fall" or "van Nistelrooy" or "Munich or Leverkusen"...WHAT ABOUT PORTUGAL!!!!!!!!!!!?

You're right Blink182, I think some of these guys don't realize they play football outside of Serie A and the Premier League. Yeah, the Portuguese League doesn;t get the media coverage like some of the other leagues, but if anyone was to sit and watch a few games, they'd realize it's one of the more entertaining leagues to watch, especially if you like quick technical style of football. After all, it's the league that produced players like Figo and Rui Costa, and others to come.

It also looks like Jardel is on his way to winning another golden boot, 37 goals, thats more than Batistuta, Shearer,Salas, and all those super hyped stars. A lot of these guys say he scores so much because it's easier to score in the Portuguese league, but that's bullsh!t, because he's always one of the top scorers in the champions league, and that's the most competitive league of all. It looks like he's off to Roma next season, watch how many people will be praising him then.
