I don't see why they are favorites on winning euro2000, here is why:

about half the core of barcelona consists of dutch players, and they got their ass kicked bigtime by Valencia.

Seccond, they haven't won a game for about 6 months (the game against germany excluded)

I'd rather place my hopes on Spain or mabey Portugal

And third, I played the game EURO2000, and Holland ended LAST (!) in their group!

You forget that Berkamp, Davids, Overmars, Van der Saar, and Stam don't play for Barcelona - add those players and IMO Holland are favourites.

Lorenzo, if you watch their games you'll see Stam is the ONLY good defender United have - and if he wasn't there they'd let in even more goals - IMO he's one of the best in the world, and I don't even like United.

First of all, typical logic of an average Belgian, completely brainless.

Almost all the players that are in Belgium's provisional squad play in the WEAK Belgian league. Nilis is not in the game because at the time the games was produced Nilis was still being a d*ckhead because he didn't want to play for Belgium, now he is even more of a d*ckhead by wanting to return to the team and wanting to face an embarrasement at Euro 2000.

Barcelona have sucked, but that is not only the Dutch players fault. The Dutch team consists mainly of world-class players, name me one in Belgium's team?, one player that truly belongs in a world XV?, none, what's more, the top scorer in Belgium is a Czech.

having said that all the Belgian players play in their own little league, there was not a single belgian team in the CL, so shut up about Dutch players in the CL.

There are more mistakes in euro2k the game. The dutch jersies for instance, and the belgian jersies. The design for such a jersie is known for at least a month or longer before construction. They could have at least gotten that right.
