I don't exactly see Perugia and co. smashing heads in Europe. Or anyone beneath 5th place in Spain winning cups. Even Germany, lately.
So that's for bottoms of leagues. As for tops? Hey, United kicked cute little Internazionale and JUVENTUS out of it. So I don't want to insult, but hey, an English team took the Treble last year and no Italian did.

Oh, and also - I might remind you that the second devision in England holds (for example) Nottingham Forest, the dear old club that took 2 European Champions' Cup.

Not to mention Blackburn Rovers Champions one year and in no time are Div 1 strugglers.

SO FACK OF ITALIAN LEAGUE FANS HERE IN BRITIAN WE HAVE AT LEAST 3 LEAGUES BETTER THAN THE ITALIAN SIERI A, Eng Prem, Scot Prem and Nationwide 1st.

In my opinion all these upsets tell me is that English teams have finally started to blow off the domestic cup competitions like the rest of Europe has been doing for years now. Welcome to the club...

It is really bad for Middlesbrough - after losing to my team 2-1, they go to Tranmere in the Worthington Cup and lose by the same score!!!
I was unhappy about the FA Cup draw - after the hard work of beating Boro, Wrexham draw against... Cambridge!!!
Nothing against Cambridge, but another Premier League team would have been nice...
Not forgetting that we are the only Welsh team left in the English Cup!

We are struggling in 18th in Division 2, but a good cup run will help build morale and get us to safety!!
I hope that if we beat Cambridge, being drawn against a Premier team at home will do the club some good!
After all, our pedigree as cup giantkillers lives on...
