too bad v-9 not here to tell me how it loooks!!

everything is good except the texture, which is easily fixed. the wc 2002 textures are not very good. try using another texture, and you will get better results. otherwise the kit is good. :p

i think EA's textures are the only textures that actually look like a jersey. other textures i've seen, like nhl, look like a sheet of cloth that has been folded up. Nobody's texture actually looks like a real jersey. show me a texture, besides EA's, and i'll tell u what's bad about it. do it.

excellent design:) but the textures sucks:(, anyway, great kit:D

figured from v-9 that those are the old jerseys so i took the liberty to make the new ones.

i used soccered's design and added new stuff and changed the front a little. anyway, i'm giving most of the credit to them for the design.

about those textures:
tell me that's not a picture of a sheet of cloth.
i mean comon
that looks like a bed, not a jersey
give me a picture of a guy in real life with that style of jersey.
until someone shows me some real good REAL LIFE texures, EA's is still the best outhere.
i'm not into the type of textures that look wild outside the game.
i, like most people, like textures that look like real life inside the game.
everybody got that?

hakeem, take fede's textures with no writing on it or paintin or anything. show them to Ronaldo, or beckham, or any other soccer star u can think of and ask him what they look look like. next, take EA's Textures and show them to him, and ask him what THEY look like.

if he can't figure out that any of them looks like a jersey, than ask him, which one does look more like a jersey.

since u obviously can't do that, than make a prediction as to which one he will say will look more like a real jersey.

tell me what he (you) thinks.

Yes EA's textures look the most like a real shirt@ But i think FIFA 2002 textures are better then WC2002 textures.
The WC ones look sort of two sharp or something...
I think the first textures FEDE used to show people were good but not anymore.
Its annoying that so many people judge kits by how good the textures look on the hjfr image, whether they look good or not in the game, and whether they look realistic or not doesnt seem to phase people!
I also think noone has redone the WC textures for 2GK image size yet, so it look stretched, and not very good.
So use FIFA 2002 textures...I think.
One last thing, what size is that hjfr in the first post, its bigger then 256 by 256 isnt it?(im using a different computer-and i cant check the res. on it cos its locked, i think its 800*600 and usually i go 1024*768 so maybe thats what has confused me??)

I can't think as a real player, but I've obviously seen a jersey and I still think that fede's textures are the most reallistic ones:D

so ur saying that u think that a rea jersey looks like a sheet of cloth folded on a bed with horizontal lines?

that's no what I think but I just like those textures.
an important thing is that I haven't seen it ingame so as skip_e sayd we have to critic the textures for the ingame look and not for the hjfr file. so I think fede (he's the one wiht more different textures) should post ingame pics of the same kit in the same position so we can see the ingame pics!!!:D

Get up tuck your shirt in, but have it hanging a bit loosely like a soccer player does.
Now go to the mirror look at the curves and bends etc in your shirt, and compare them to those above textures by FEDE. No see what we mean they dont look real..
Fedes other textures (the ones that everyone asked for) were really good, but these ones dont look that good.

I know you're right, I really liked his first textures. those were the most reallistic ones.


and the uruguayan patch is going really well, we are a bit delayed because we were finishing the rosters to the best possible last date. and also because uruguayan teams are changing sponsors every weekend, I HATE THAT this weekend 3 teams had different sponsors, they just put a new sticker and that's it! it sucks!!!:mad:
