The suggestions you guys gave me before didnt work, I dont know what toolbar that guy was talking about. Any other other suggestions I would highly appreciate.

oh,& the tool bar i was talking about is the Windows tool bar that shows you all active programs in Windows.(the one that in the end on it you have the timer & in the other side you have "STAR").
Whaen you are starting the FED99,& there is nothing going on,but you have the FEd99 little window on the tool bar,press on the little window on the tool bar that reads:FEd99,right click with your mouse & press "EXPEND".
I had this problem & oh **** what hell i was going thru.
