I am trying to create some new goal sounds for fifa. I know how to convert .wav files to .str files using Fifamania Music Manager but it converts the entire song which is usually quite large.

Can anyone recommend a free program (which is not a trail program and does not need to be registered) which will let me edit .wav files selecting a period of around 20 seconds in the song which I want to use as a goal chant and delete the rest. Preferably the program would be about 5 megabytes max.
