Hey......when i create an image in PS , converting it from BMP to Jpeg or Gif loses me a LOT of sharpness and quality.

PNG does a good job though...

Does anyone know a site that supports PNG uploads ???

Iceblu, if it's just a sig you want to upload, then I know yoursighost.com supports PNG. That's where I have my current sig uploaded to and it's a PNG..

One question though, does it have to be a still image or could it be and animated image? And could I post a very large image as I have my own ftp server with which I can upload my stuff on?

manufan, I just see an "http://..." address now....ufortunatly Geocities is one of those stupid places that give you free webspace, but then don't allow you to link your images from there...

Online auction sites used to be a great place to upload images to, but I think a lot of them are starting to catch on to guys like us and are starting not to allow it anymore...the bastards! :mad:

Actually, that's my website.:o ;) But I agree with you. They told me I had unlimited space in which to do anything but now they won't allow me to.:mad:

Yeah, I especially hate free web space providers who put thier own banner up when you link an image from them, like Angelfire. So then you think you've uploaded your sig, but when you go look, all you have is an Angelfire ad!

Anyway, I am out because I have been to busy with my site and I haven't had any time what so ever to get an image ready, however I DID finished the transfer list off and clear all that crap out of the way, so I am pretty happy about that :D
