c'mon leeds 06-04-2002, 09:45:PM I have just recently had the pleasure of playing championship manager at a friends house and i found it to be a really addictive game. I have been told by friends that it is a really good game but i didnt no. I would like to burn a copy off my friend but would it fit on a cd? and what size? I mite not no much about soccer and really suk at the game but i still like it. :D
PS: any information an championship manager will be great
Buy it, it is illegal to just burn it as u have suggested, and u could get in big trouble, esp. if thats the REAL marc vaughan visiting this board lately.
Anyway ICQ or email me, and ill fill u in, on some stuff about the...ahhh..demo..
Cheers

Nah... I don't think he wud get in trouble for doing that... what can Mark Vaughan do? Tell him over the internet not to burn it. or go to his house and spank him?:mambo: Anyways, I think SIGAMES does a very good job with making CM, and it would be unfair to cheat them... it's different with EA Sports ;)
I am glad, that my best friend got bored with 00-01 really fast, and decided to give it to me :) it was the originall CD :)
Sembei 07-04-2002, 11:53:AM Well... on my country the 95% of games saled are illegal copyes.. because here the game are not cheaper.... is to hard to get one... for the same money you get 15 illegal games.
but, if the game is really great i want to buy it original...

You going to jail for illegally copying copying a football game, that I'd like to see.:p

maybe not 50, but I also buy many games in Poland. Also I tell my grandma to send me games, that's how I got Photoshop 6, FIFA 2002, Mohaa, soon WC 2002, and many other games :)
there is this one place in my (old) city, where people mainly from Armenia, Russia, Romania, and Poland sell games, and music cd's. Police goes there once in a while, and takes all of their stuff, but on the next day the sell it again:mrpimp:

russians sell it to romanians and they just start their own business and yea i've counted the games and they totaled up to 57 not inlcuding the other games from previous years, which i sold most of them !

I buy the real ones to have them for myself, and the fake ones to play soccer around... so that I don't mess up my nice shirts ;)
Sometimes they sell the real ones too, but I think they steal them from somewhere...:monkey: :monkey: :mambo:
Mauricio 09-04-2002, 04:52:PM Well here in mexico...........................:mambo:  :crazyboy: :rockman: :monkeyman
yeah, when i said i will tell u something about the demo, i was talking about the bug that lets u patch/update it and crack it to get a full working version. Its also only about 30megs of downloads.
Pretty easy to get game I'd say.
I just didnt think it was good form, to be teaching ppl to pirate stuff, when Marc Vaughan has come along, and talked to us about his masterpiece(something other programmers cbf doing).
So yeah, thats why i said not to pirate it, i really think that speaking of pirating in front of the designer is poor form, Yes he knows it goes on, but it is a bit different knowing that ppl are doing it right in front of u.
